IRIS SHOKOFF, Founder & CEO
Iris Shokoff is well known in the direct marketing industry for her media and marketing skills. For over 30 years, she has handled media campaigns for a wide range of business categories, including collectibles, check printing services, vitamin/health products, magazine subscriptions, catalogs, financial services and not-for-profit.
In 1989, she launched ISA Advertising as an independent direct response media buying service. Prior to 1989, Iris spent the bulk of her career in senior management positions at various direct marketing agencies; seven years as executive vice president of Grey Direct where she developed a media department for them and two years as senior vice president of Rapp & Collins where she created a direct response television buying unit. Previously, Iris worked for ten years at Wunderman Worldwide as vice president, media director.
Iris has been program committee chairperson for Direct Marketing Day in New York. She is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and serves on its committees. Iris is Treasurer of the Direct Marketing Idea Exchange and serves on its board of directors and executive committee. She has also served on the board of advisors for Target Magazine. Iris is a former board member of the Direct Marketing Creative Guild and was a former adjunct professor at New York University, Center for Direct Marketing. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
ALEXANDRA REUTER, Senior Vice President, Media Director
Alexandra is an experienced integrated and digital marketing executive with a strong track record of creating successful direct marketing campaigns. As SVP, Media Director, Alex is primarily responsible for client service, strategy, and staff management, as well as helping navigate new business growth for ISA. She oversees all aspects of media buying and planning and is instrumental in the integration between online and offline media helping to ensure a seamless, efficient campaign for clients. Under Alexandra's leadership, ISA delivers strategic, forward-thinking marketing opportunities across traditional media platforms and emerging online technologies to clients. Her client experience includes some of the top grossing direct marketers in the US such as Guthy-Renker, Scholastic, Sony BMG Direct, Bookspan, and Omaha Steaks.
Alexandra has worked for ISA Advertising for over 12 years. Prior to working at ISA, she handled marketing and new account development for the Bank of New York.
SUZANNE GHOSH, Group Account Director, Direct Mail Division
Suzanne has 20+ years in managing integrated and direct communications initiatives. This includes work at direct marketing agencies including Grey Direct and Bloom and Gelb, in addition to fifteen years running her own direct marketing and communications agency. Clients have included a variety of Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Disney, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, as well as non-profit organizations such as National Audubon Society, Smithsonian, and Lenox Hill Hospital. - Launched national direct to consumer health care initiative for United Healthcare offering affordable healthcare to the millions of uninsured with key employer participants including Gap, IBM, Sears, FedEx, and Avon
- Developed strategic communications including direct mail, telemarketing, and web targeted to various market segments, and supervised outside resources including creative, production, database and lists, printing, lettershop and fulfillment
- Supervise extensive post-campaign research analysis including modeling

SHANNON ENTIN, Social Media Strategist
